Master code:
Go to the 3D game section. Press Start to pause game play, then press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start. This will unlock all combos, upgrades, maximum money, health refill, and power rejuvenation.

Evil Ulrich:
Go to the profile selection screen. Then, hold L + R and press Up, Left, Right, Y, X.
