Cheat mode:
Press Select to pause game play, then choose the "Music/Effects" option. Play the following sounds in the indicated order to enable cheat mode: 40, 30, 20,19, 18, 17, 16, 15.

Level select:
Enter BMHG as a password to unlock all levels, including the bonus level, at the world map.
