Press L1 + L2 + X + Down to start a match instead of simply pressing X. You should be able to score easier during the match.

Select the Barcelona or Juventus teams for both away games.
Cheap contract renewal:
When you need to renew your contracts, go to contracts, click on the player to renew, increase his wage by £50, then add on ten years. If done correctly, he will accept the new terms. This may be done with any player.
