Complete the game in single mode, then enter the Omake mode screen.
Single button special moves:
Complete the game in survival mode, then enter the Omake mode screen. This allows special moves to be assigned to one of the shoulder buttons on the controller.

Accumulate more than 380 fighting points.
Krauser's Unlimited Desire move:
Press X(3), Circle(3), Square(2), Down, Down/Back, Back, Down, Down/Back, Back, Square.

Close in to opponent, then press X, Circle (after 3 hits), Down, Down/Forward, Forward, Square. This combo looks great and does about one-quarter damage.
