Refuel, repair, and more:
Hold R1 and press Left(2), Square, Circle, R2, Right, Triangle, L2 during game play. A screeching sound will confirm correct code entry. Pause game play, move to the bottom of the options screen, enter the cheat menu, and use the appropriate option to repair damage, refuel, restore shields, obtain the Targetter, increase cargo capacity, get the level trophy, and have the Turbo.
All weapons:

Unlock all cheats:

Hint: Triple cargo hold:
Search underwater to the left of the base on the Medieval level to find a 3x Cargo Hold.
Hint: Church bonus:
Crash into the church on the Medieval level at high speed to find a power-up.
