Extra easy difficulty:
Press L(7) on controller two at the title screen. Set the game to the Dynamic setting.
Extra hard difficulty:
Press R(7) on controller two at the title screen. Set the game to the Almanic setting
Play as Bosses:
Hold L + R on controller two when starting a new game. Use controller two to play all Bosses in the game.
